About Me
Let’s connect and start your journey to wellness together. Whether you’re seeking balance, strength, or peace, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Mindful Health Journey
After years of unhealthy lifestyle within the hectic stressful work environment of the military, I have dedicated the past few years on healing my own mental and physical imbalances. Including ADHD, OCD, a bladder condition, and lower back pain. Either minimizing my symptoms or completely healing my health conditions through Yoga, meditation and nutritional diet change.
My mind is as calm as ever, and body is healthy to support it. Since healing and being on this journey I have been blessed to help many other people in life including people with different physical injuries, Seniors in nursing homes, children in AAU basketball, hospital staff, and people looking for a healthier lifestyle.
Often people will tend to continue with their yoga practice even after healing their physical injuries after seeing the effects is has on their mind and body (much like brushing your teeth yoga is maintenance for the mind and body 🙂). Helping those in need or looking for better health has been a blessed opportunity and I genuinely look to serve you live a healthier, happier life for you to enjoy and feel fulfilled.
Founder's Message
Nourish The Garden That Is You

Release tension, calm your mind, and find inner peace through gentle movements and mindful breathing. Embrace yoga as a powerful tool to relieve stress and restore balance.
-
Increase Flexibility & Strengthen
Open, and create more flexibility and strength in the body to reduce chance of injury and heal old injuries. Creating more mobility for daily living and to carry into the later stages of life. Building strength to support your body and flexibility so there is a balance is your physical health. -
Stability In Yourself
Build confidence and trust within yourself by giving time attention to the peace of your own mind and body. Becoming your own source of confidence and trust, letting go of the need to know and becoming more and more comfortable with the unknown.
-
Spiritually Connect
Bringing balance to the mind and body helps allow the presence of the spiritual (which is already always present) become naturally more aware of. Much like consistent radio static covering a transmission, when you calm the mind and body (the radio static) it can create the environment for spiritual to be more present in your life. -
Meet Resistance
Coming to your yoga mat is embracing challenge within yourself and opens you up to the challenges of life. From taking time out to do something that will benefit you, or holding stillness in your body and mind, or building discipline to do something when you don’t have motivation; you are meeting the resistances in your mind. When you meet them in your mind with calmness and learning to let go of force or self pity, you learn to let go mentally of the resistances. Resistances that are let go of create space and an opening for new faucets of life to poor in that the resistance was not allowing for. What those things are, are for you to discover for yourself which is part of the beautiful process.
