1 on 1 Private class
This is the class where we talk about what you are directly looking for in your yoga practice. Whether it’s recovering a physical injury, bringing more peace to the mind, calming anxiety, or gaining a tool for self discovery and spiritual connection. In this class you will build the environment for the strengthening and healing you are looking for inside yourself. Adding one of the most useful tools to your tool bag in life. 60 minute class tailored to you, after talking with you on what brought you to yoga and what you are looking for.

Group Class
A collective class to meet collective needs. From teenagers in AAU basketball, young adults on a travel program, Adults in office spaces, to seniors in senior homes. I have taught many different types of groups, with different needs. Your yoga needs for your group classes will be met with this type of class. 60 minute classes, After speaking with you on the details and needs for your group, I will tailor class to best meet the needs for what you and you group are looking for.

Other
Custom class for specific needs. If you feel what you are looking for is outside the 60 minute class, or your needs are specific. Please use this class to describe what you need and are looking for. It could be anything from persons with physical or mental impairments, to a headphone yoga class in the woods. Describe what you are looking for, and we will talk to see if I can accommodate your needs.

Chair Yoga
This is the best class for those working in office spaces and need a break. If you’re a manager and you’re looking to revitalize the energy of your team, I will tailor and teach a chair yoga class combined with meditation to bring new energy into the day. This class is also best for seniors in senior homes, and can be tailored to ease physical pain in the joints. It will be directed to bring more energy/calm to your seniors with a positive loving attitude. 30 minute class, lets talk about the needs your looking for, for your employees or seniors and I’ll make a class to best serve them.
