At Rapid Haul, we specialize in providing fast, reliable, and same-day delivery services across the UK, Europe, and beyond. While we may be relatively new to the logistics industry, our company has grown rapidly since its inception two years ago. Founded by two best friends and seasoned industry professionals who previously worked at Hermes and FedEx, Rapid Haul was born out of a shared passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to meeting the urgent needs of our clients.
Starting with just two long-wheelbase Ford Transits, our fleet has expanded into a nationwide operation, now boasting a team of around 150 drivers and a diverse range of vehicles. Before entering the courier industry, both directors had a successful career in hospitality, owning and operating a popular restaurant in the heart of London. This restaurant, a favourite among tourists, thrived by offering high-quality products at reasonable prices, paired with a focus on customer satisfaction. The valuable people skills gained from 20 years in the restaurant business became the foundation upon which Rapid Haul was built.

From the beginning, we built a reputation for outstanding customer and client service. Depot managers would eagerly welcome our Rapid Haul trucks, knowing that we would handle every aspect of the delivery, ensuring quality control from start to finish. Our commitment to excellence extended to personal touches, like homemade biscuits delivered to the depot by my wife, which became a well-known tradition.
As Rapid Haul grew, so did our commitment to maintaining the personal, high-quality service that helped us succeed in the beginning. We began hiring family and friends—individuals we trusted to represent our core values—ensuring that every driver maintained the same level of professionalism and care that we hold dear. Today, we have a dedicated team of around 150 drivers who have all been personally trained and vetted by us, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
